CyberSteno Privacy Policy
CyberSteno collects the following (Note: the list is not exhaustive)
When you sign up with us you give the following voluntarily:
- Name
When you log in, we, by default, collect your server and HTTP logs, data transmitted of and by your actions, and usage information.
When you make the payments – we collect the following information:
- Payment confirmation from the Payment Gateway.
- VAT / GST number (if this is applicable in your case and you need to link it)
- Details of the package you have brought
We do use Cookies – to remember log-in details, provide secure log-in, and to collect statistics to provide improved site functionality.
We do NOT do the following
From the mobile app / PC app : We do not ask for, access, use, or share any of your Telephone Contacts information. Our apps will not be accessing any of the saved data from hard drive of your devices.
We do not save or have access to details of your credit card or any other form of payment modality. That is kept by the Payment gateway – which is PCI compliant.
(The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is an information security standard for organizations that handle branded credit cards from the major card schemes. The PCI Standard is mandated by the card brands but administered by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council. The standard was created to increase controls around cardholder data to reduce credit card fraud.)
We will not delve into any of the confidential data conveyed in your client records. Information on any aspect of this, will not be transferred, sold, or given away to any entity.
Our Assurance, in a nutshell:
- We do not misuse your data in any shape or form.
- We use industry-benchmark levels of cybersecurity to ensure your data is safe from prying eyes.
- You will not receive any external advertising.
- We shall not transmit, use, disclose, or otherwise exploit the Content other than as strictly necessary to provide the Service unless it receives Customer’s written permission, except as required by law.
Client Responsibilities
- You should always use a high level of care during sign-ins, especially on shared computers. Do not share passwords, or leave it written down where someone else might see it.
- You should always use authentic software on your devices. ‘Cracked’ software may contain viruses and other spyware or may have loopholes that can be utilised by hackers.
- You should ensure you have a reputed anti-virus software installed on your PC/ laptop.
- You should ensure your wi-fi is password protected.
- You should contact and inform us rapidly of any glitches in the system and suspected data breaches.
- You should not use Cybersteno in the carrying out any illegal activity. We strongly oppose such activities and will co-operate with the authorities if this is brought to our attention, and after legal counsel.
Cookie Policy
We use cookies to improve user experience and analyze website traffic. For these reasons, we may share your site usage data with our analytics partners. By continuing to the site, you consent to store on your device all the technologies described in our Cookie Policy.
Terms and conditions will change from time to time. These will be communicated as and when new policies are instituted.
Please note: CyberSteno Global, Inc shall defend and hold Institution harmless from all claims, liabilities, damages, or judgments involving a third party, including Institution’s costs and attorney fees, which arise as a result of Cybersteno Global Inc’s failure to meet any of its obligations under this contract.
