I lose internet access on the phone in places like my office – but it has wired LAN PCs. What do I do?

Use a headset for better clarity.

If the PC has external speakers, ensure that the speakers are switched off. Otherwise, echoes are heard in the dictated audio file, and this ruins its quality. (Just click on the Volume icon at the Right bottom corner, and click the ‘mixer’ button. Switch the speakers off. An ‘x’ will appear over the speakers)
