How can I improve the Transcription process

There are two factors that help improve the transcription process. Clarity in pronunciation and the speed of speech.

“Slow is better.”

Speak clearly and at normal conversation speed. Avoid mumbling and drawling.

Practice makes perfect and you may need to get used to speaking in a particular manner (different to normal speech) to make the process more efficient.
