Welcome to the Cybersteno

CyberSteno was an idea born in the minds of a physician (Pradeep), and an engineer (Syamlal Sasi), who were batchmates for their executive MBA at the IIM- Kozhikode in India. Both quit their jobs after their MBA and decided to leap into entrepreneurship. Needless to say, that proved to be a bit precipitous. While the basic CyberSteno product was ready by 2018, getting a market fit proved to be difficult. Three years, a few lessons learnt, and a few redesigns later, it is now ready for the market.

Pradeep had worked many years in the NHS in England, and he had noted how systems there worked on secure and easy access to information. Updating information among team-mates rapidly and accurately was a priority there. Most institutions used cassette-based Dictaphones and secretaries would type them quickly and upload them to the intranet.
We have paid a lot of attention to ease-of-use, and user-flows.

We hope Cybersteno proves to be of use to citizens around the world. The multi-language capability will aid this.We believe that digitisation of the record creation process will gather more speed in the years to come. Cybersteno hopes to be a part of this.
